Services are provided in accordance with the engagement terms, applicable laws, the scope of the requested work, and the information available at the time the matter is assessed.

Any investigative objective is limited to the stated contractual conditions and the applicable methodology set out in the relevant agreement.

Final terms, conditions, and fee arrangements must be confirmed in writing before work proceeds.
